STEVE STRICKER THE NUMBER FOUR PLAYER IN THE WORLD RECENTLY SPOKE AT
THE JOHN DEERE CLASSIC MEDIA DAY AT THE TPC DEERE RUN COURSE.

After the formal press conference finished, Stricker was kind enough to stay and answer
questions from the media present about a variety of topics.

Stricker spoke open and freely about a recent conversation he had with Tiger Woods, a new
requirement that could go into effect next year, that would require top players to add one
event to their schedule. Which would have them play in an event that normally doesn't draw
top fields.

Another topic was this weeks expected announcement about the 2017 US Open, that could
be announced on Wednesday at the US Open at Pebble Beach.

With that battle expected to be between, Erin Hills in Strickers home state of Wisconsin, or
Cog Hill where he won a Western Open who is he pulling for. Does he like either course,
what about Cog Hills renovations.
