YES it's coming, the fifth course at Bandon Dunes. On the heels of success
of Old MacDonald the best new course or 2010, comes The Preserve" a 13
hole par 3 course. Bill Coore and his "partner in design" Ben Crenshaw are
back to Bandon to build the course.

RIP...SEVE BALLESTEROS. The 5 time major champion died late Friday

THE 19TH ILLINOIS STATE MID-AM..has found a new home. On May 10-11,
an 80 player field will tee it up at Flossmoor CC. The low 30 and ties, and
any player within 10 shots of the lead after 18 holes, will return for the final
18 holes on Wednesday the 11th.

Six former champions are in the field, including recent two-time winners
Peoria's John Ehrgott, and Bloomington's Todd Mitchell. Expected to be
in the field John Wright of Aurora, who was last weeks winner of the Illinois
